Formula xChange is a podcast that explores the experiences of practitioners, leaders and entrepreneurs to uncover the approaches, frameworks, and patterns that will show you how to get further faster and leave you with a formula for success at the end of each episode.

The format of Formula xChange allows business owners or corporate professional practitioners to share about their position/business, what they do, and their journey. Each podcast then concludes with the guest sharing their formula for how someone can achieve a single outcome related to an achievement they shared during the segment. (E.g, The formula format would cover what’s needed, the steps to take, the suggested time frame… similar to their recipe for success for one thing that our audience will appreciate).
Every journey has an “ah ha” moment that could be shared.
Required Guest Items
The following items are needed from each podcast guest
- a high resolution color headshot
- a short bio (that includes guest’s name, business name + tagline, and service and/or product)
- a two-sentence draft blurb of what the guest plans to present and why it’s important (This will be used during the segment’s introduction announcement)
- Links to your social media accounts or website you’d like to share (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, IG, etc)
- Podcast Guest Release Agreement this is just the legal stuff that says you’re okay with appearing on the Formula xChange podcast
What You Can Expect From Us
Moving forward, we’ll send…
- Proposed podcast questions for guest approval with a link for you to schedule your podcast session (this will be a recorded Zoom video).
- A presenter folder in Google Drive that will include a custom graphic image of the guest, pre-written copy for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and a custom-written email template so it makes it easy to share about the podcast
- Guests will chose a free gift relevant to marketing so if anyone listens to their podcast segment, the audience can connect with the segment’s guest
- Guests will receive an email when their segment is readied and links that they can share out
